Polyester gel-coat

Colourless base gelcoat with high technical properties: Very hard, impact-resistant, water and chemical resistant. Applied as the first layer on the mould. Can be applied with a spray gun plus thinner or with a brush. Optimal temperature 20°C. After adding pigment paste, if necessary, the product must be mixed thoroughly with a suitable mixer adapted to the package size and at a moderate speed. Stop mixing approximately 20 minutes before use. No dilution is required; just add the hardener to the final product. Laminating is possible 60 minutes after gel, at 20°C (mould, product and workshop). Ideally, gelcoat should be covered with the next layer between 3 and 8 hours to ensure film polymerisation.
