    Application and characteristics:

    The Flexible Polyol / Isocyanate Flexible Polymer Foam system we offer is a two-component system designed to be poured at room temperature (20 - 30°C) without post-treatment.

    The polyol is a polyether, and the isocyanate is a modified MDI. This system was specially developed for the seating furniture industry.


    The ratio can vary from 100:50 to 100:100 to achieve different degrees of hardness.

    Some examples:

    • 100:50 can be compared to a soft cushion
    • 100:80 to the armrest of a chair
    • 100:90 to a car seat
    • 100:100 is a very strong but flexible foam.

    Please note!

    • The temperature of both the product and the mould must be between 25°C and 35°C to achieve the best results.
    • Do not use the universal spray as a release agent. Better to use PVA.
    • Once cured, leave the foam to cool down in the mould before demoulding. Otherwise it might collapse like a cake that you take out of the oven too soon.
    • Mixing ratio / weight: 100 gr A + 50 to 100 gr B (variable)
    • Processing time: Cream time: 25 sec | Gelling time: 105 sec
    • Curing time: Rise time: 150 sec
    • Density: A: 1.06 g/ml | B: 1.22 g/ml
    • Viscosity: A: 650 cPs | B: 175 cPs
