Applications:

For moulds for plaster and concrete works, prototypes, pre-series and medium hardness components.

Processing methods:

Vacuum or atmospheric pressure casting on plaster, metal, concrete and resin models, after conveniently surface treating. Cast the product at a temperature over 15°C. Cast on dry models without humidity. You can colour the product after verifying the compatibility.

Product information:

Two components polyurethane system with 20 Shore A hardness, high tensile strength and good elongation at break. The system reaches his best properties after 7 days at 25°C.

Instructions for a proper use:

Carefully clean the model, treat the surface and release conveniently. Mix the two components (resin and hardener) with right ratio in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture, then cast quickly.
