    Technical Data

    Applications:

    For moulds for plaster and concrete works, prototypes, pre-series and medium hardness components.

    Processing methods:

    Vacuum or atmospheric pressure casting on plaster, metal, concrete and resin models, after conveniently surface treating. Cast the product at a temperature over 15°C. Cast on dry models without humidity. You can colour the product after verifying the compatibility.

    Product information:

    Two components polyurethane system with 40 Shore A hardness, high tensile strength and good elongation at break. The system reaches his best properties after 7 days at 25°C.

    Instructions for a proper use:

    Carefully clean the model, treat the surface and release conveniently. Mix the two components (resin and hardener) with right ratio in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture, then cast quickly.

    • Processing time: 23-27 min
    • Curing time: 15-18 h
    • Hardness (Shore): 20 A/15
    • Density: A: 1.00 g/ml | B: 1.10 g/ml | A+B: 1.00 g/ml
    • Viscosity: A: 2300-2700 mPas | B: 110-150 mPas
    • Max thickness: 5-6 cm
