    Technical Data

    Properties:

    • Two-component system
    • Very easy to apply
    • Fast curing: only 5–8 minutes working time
    • Durable adhesion
    • Once cured (approx. 20 minutes), the surface can be further processed (grinding, sanding, painting, etc.).
    • Cleaning agent: Acetone.
    • Repair option: With the same product.

    Applications:

    • Filling scratches, cracks and dents in metal sheets, even galvanised and zinc-coated.
    • Repairing scratches, cracks and dents on cars.
    • Repairs to metal, polyester and wooden surfaces.
    • Filling cracks in wood.

    Substrate:

    • Types: metals, polyester, wood, etc.
    • Condition: sound, clean, dry, free of dust and grease.
    • Pre-treatment: Remove rust beforehand.
    • Rough sanding of smooth surfaces improves adhesion.
    • Mixing ratio / weight: 100 gr A + 2 to 3 gr B
    • Processing time: 5 min
    • Curing time: 20 min
    • Hardness (Shore): 65-70 Shore D
    • Density: 1.86 g/ml
