Pore filler and strong release agent for polyester resins and plaster.

It forms a transparent film layer on the piece to be moulded and is simply washed off with water. Indispensable when moulding with silicone on clay, plaster or stone.

Technical Data

The thin film formed by PVA applied before Trennwas helps demoulding from intricated rough and porous surfaces, such as debossed details and wood grains and crevices.

Apply 2-3 coats by brushing or buffering or spraying. In this last case if an airspray at low capacity is used with small cone nozzle (for example hole diameter 0,3 mm, pressure 2 atm) it is possible to treat also surfaces highly repulsive as silicon rubber or glossy surfaces where usually by brushing the film tends to make “fish eyes”.

Any single coat dries within 2 - 15 minutes depending on the application way and film thickness. When the material is demoulded the film can flake off being partially on the model and partially on the mould. In this case the film can be removed by compressed air or with a water wetted sponge.

The product is flammable.
