Plasticrète is a water-based acrylic resin that forms a solid mass when mixed with the special hardener. Unlike plaster, an object made entirely of Plasticrète can be left outside. Winter and summer, without coating, provided it is placed on a pedestal.

Technical Data

The product hardens at room temperature and, after just 15 hours at 20°C, it acquires mechanical properties that are much higher than those of other types of plaster. The hardened product has limited porosity and low water absorption. Plasticrète can be filled with iron oxide-based pigments or aluminium powders or inert fillers to achieve a perfect end result. The fillers proportionally reduce the mechanical properties of the product. Cast in bulk, or filled with chopped fibreglass, smooth to the desired thickness. Cure at room temperature.
