Duplomix DM 10 New is a two component unfilled epoxy system, solvent free, fast and rigid.

Excellent resistance to bases, good to diluted acids, poor to solvents. Structural adhesion for assembly of heterogeneous materials. Fast repair also at low temperature (close to 0°C).

Processing method:

For manual application or with mixing/dispensing devices.
Apply within a short time. Room temperature curing.
Final properties and maximum resistances are achieved with full curing, after 24 hours. Good bonding is however achieved within 2 hours; the final part can be handled after 30 minutes. If the curing is carried on at high temperature the best performance is obtained with bonding at 40°C for a few hours.

Typical applications:

Wood, hardwood, metal, ceramic, glass, stone, faience, concrete, marble.

Not suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene, rigid PVC and PTFE.

For other plastics bonding performance needs to be tested prior using: it may be necessary to pre-treat the substrates, with mechanical or plasma pre-treating.
