Alcote is a water-based separating agent used in the fabrication of dentures and other dental appliances.

It prevents acrylic resins from adhering to stone molds during processing, ensuring easy separation and preserving mold integrity.

Alcote is primarily intended for dental applications including but not limited to creating fake monster fangs, theatrical teeth prosthetics, and more!

It can also be used to float oil-based clay sections from a plaster cast (White Hydro Cal 50) for advanced prosthetic work.

Apply Alcote directly to the stone mold using a brush or similar applicator. Ensure an even, thin coat covers all areas where separation is needed. Allow it to dry completely before proceeding with acrylic application.
