Sprinkle the plaster slowly and evenly over the surface of the water. If the plaster is spread too quickly, lumps may form that are difficult to dissolve even with subsequent mixing. Allow the mixture to rest for approximately 1-2 minutes to ensure that all the plaster is evenly wet and that any air bubbles can escape from the mixture.
After this time, mix the product thoroughly until you obtain a mixture that is free of lumps.
For mixing large quantities, use mechanical agitators and rod-type mixers. The mixing time depends on the size of the casting and the size of the mixer.
Ensure that the mixing time is never less than one minute, even for small quantities.
