    Product properties:

    Calmix 801 is designed for casting in small to medium-sized moulds, which can then be removed after 30 minutes (at ~20°C). Calmix 801 can also be used for structural repair work. Calmix 801 is frost-, wind- and watertight, chloride-free and alkali-resistant. The concrete is also durable and has built-in shrinkage compensation.

    Application conditions:

    Calmix 801 is mixed with clean tap water in a clean mixing tub to form a firm, lump-free mass. 25 kg of powder is added to 4.2 litres of water and mixed with a mortar mixer. After approx. 5 minutes, mix the prepared mortar vigorously once more. When casting larger moulds, mix with coarse sand. You may add up to 20% sand.

    • Mixing ratio / weight: 0.17 gr water + 1 kg Calmix (= 640 ml volume)
    • Processing time: 10 min
    • Curing time: 30 min
